Every year, PacificSource takes part in the annual Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, which is distributed by our partner, Press Ganey.
Participants are randomly chosen, and some of your clients may be chosen. We have informed our members that it’s time for the survey.
If a client asks you about a healthcare survey from Press Ganey, please let them know that it’s not a scam, and that responses are anonymous and confidential.
