PacificSource Promotes Leslie Neugebauer To Vice President of Community Health

(Springfield, Ore.) Nov. 1, 2023 — PacificSource Health Plans is pleased to announce the promotion of Leslie Neugebauer to Vice President of Community Health, Social Needs, and Health Equity. In this role she will be responsible for leading and executing PacificSource’s enterprise-wide Community Health portfolio which includes building connections to support social determinants of health; developing housing and health-related social needs strategies; advancing member and community health equity; building relations with tribal governments and organizations; and supporting the PacificSource Foundation for Health Improvement.

Leslie joined PacificSource in 2013 and most recently served as the Senior Director of Medicaid Governance. Prior to that, she was the Director of the Central Oregon Coordinated Care Organization and the Behavioral Health Manager for PacificSource’s government programs.

Leslie earned her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from the Dominican University of California and her master’s degree in public health from Capella University. Outside of PacificSource, she serves as the chair of the Sparrow Clubs Board of Directors and the vice chair of the Kids Center Board of Directors.

When not working, Leslie enjoys exploring all Central Oregon and the greater northwest has to offer with her husband, two children and two dogs.
