  • InTouch for Members . Our secure website lets you track your claims, deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, preauthorizations, referrals, and more. To register, click the "Login" button above and follow the simple instructions.
  • CaféWell—a secure health engagement portal . CaféWell provides health and wellness resources, support, and guidance to our members and communities.
  • Assist America® Global Emergency Services . If you experience a medical emergency 100 or more miles from home, Assist America is on call to coordinate your care and help ensure you get the treatment you need.
  • Kidshealth.org . Link to age-appropriate health information that's free of "doctor speak." KidsHealth includes separate sites for parents, kids, and teens. Each site provides unbiased, reliable information to help you and your family pursue good health and wellness for a lifetime.

Health and Wellness Programs

  • Virtual healthcare visits with Teladoc®. We've partnered with Teladoc as of January 1, 2018, to offer you virtual healthcare visits. Teladoc is a national network of U.S. board-certified physicians and pediatricians that you can see on-demand, 24/7, via phone or online video consultations, from wherever you happen to be; some limitations apply. (Group plan members: check with your employer to see if Teladoc is offered on your plan.) 
  • 24-Hour NurseLine. Have a health-related question? Call our 24-Hour NurseLine. Staffed around the clock, seven days a week, you’ll never be without a registered nurse to talk to when you have health-related questions. To access our 24-Hour NurseLine toll free, call (855) 834-6150
  • Health education program. You can receive reimbursement up to $150 per plan year for eligible health and wellness classes (some limitations apply).
  • Prenatal Program. If you're expecting, our free Prenatal Program offers you support, useful information, and resources during this very important time for you and your baby.
  • Tobacco cessation program. Quit for Life® gives you the help you need to kick tobacco for good with nicotine replacement therapy and one-on-one phone support.
  • Prescription discount program. Just show your PacificSource ID card at a participating CVS Caremark® pharmacy, and you'll receive a discount on any drugs not covered by your plan.
  • Health news and tips .
  • Weight Watchers program . As a part of your PacificSource medical coverage, you can participate in a Weight Watchers® program and receive reimbursement.
  • Jenny Craig program. As a part of your PacificSource medical coverage, you can participate in a Jenny Craig® program at a discount.
  • Active&Fit Direct™ fitness center membership program. Sign up for a fitness center membership with Active&Fit for multi-facility access to more than 9,000 fitness facilities nationwide. Login to InTouch for more information and to sign up. >>

Medical Management Programs and Services

  • Our Nurse Case Managers work individually with members needing specific help to manage their healthcare. When appropriate, they work with you and your healthcare providers to coordinate your care and achieve optimal quality of life and financial outcomes.
  • Our Condition Support Program offers education and support to members with asthma, diabetes, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary artery disease, or juvenile diabetes. Condition Support is available to all PacificSource members with medical coverage. Contact us for more information.
  • Our AccordantCare rare disease management and specialty pharmacy programs provide individual support and coordination for our members with certain rare diseases, or those requiring injectable medications or biotech drugs.
  • Chronic disease self-management: PacificSource partners with local agencies to offer a six-week workshop to help members with chronic conditions self-manage their condition.
