Ready to schedule a ride?
As a PacificSource member covered through Oregon Health Plan (OHP), you can get free rides to healthcare appointments. Follow these three easy steps:

Know the address where you'll be picked up and the time and location of your appointment

Call the phone number below that matches the county where you need to be picked up
3
Tell the person who answers the phone if you have any special needs or additional passengers
