Salem Clinic Contracts with PacificSource Community Solutions

(Salem, Ore.) October 10, 2019 Salem Clinic has contracted with PacificSource Community Solutions, a Coordinated Care Organization (CCO), to serve as a part of the organization’s provider network beginning January 1, 2020. PacificSource Community Solutions recently signed a contract with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to serve as the CCO in Marion and Polk Counties.

“Salem Clinic has deep local roots, and a strong dedication to serving the health care needs of the community,” said Ken Provencher, president and CEO of PacificSource.  “We are pleased to welcome them to the PacificSource Community Solutions provider network and look forward to working together to meet the needs of the Medicaid population.

Salem Clinic was physician-founded in 1925, and in addition to medical providers, the main Clinic houses a full service laboratory and imaging departments, as well as four facilities within the local community available to their patients. The Clinic has more than eighty providers representing family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, general, vascular and bariatric surgery, pediatrics, urgent care, and hospital-based medicine.
