PacificSource Community Solutions promotes Leslie Neugebauer to Director of the Central Oregon Coordinated Care Organization

(BEND, Ore.) — Promoting from within its own ranks, PacificSource Community Solutions has selected Leslie Neugebauer to serve as Director of the Central Oregon Coordinated Care Organization (CCO).
In her new role, Neugebauer will connect and advance the work of Central Oregon CCO partners, including the Central Oregon Health Council and regional health care and social service providers. The PacificSource Central Oregon CCO serves more than 55,000 Oregon Health Plan members in Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson and Klamath counties.

Neugebauer previously served as PacificSource’s Behavioral Health Manager, where she successfully collaborated with public and private stakeholders to improve the behavioral health system of care through innovative contracting and payment models and encouraging the integration of physical, dental, and behavioral health services.
“Leslie’s intimate knowledge of the CCO model and the valuable role each of our partners play makes her a fantastic fit for this position,” said Dan Stevens, PacificSource Health Plan’s Executive Vice President of Product Line Management. “She will be a valuable addition to the Central Oregon CCO and to the communities we serve.”
Prior to joining PacificSource in 2013, Neugebauer worked as the Quality Manager for BestCare Treatment Services. She earned her M.S. in Public Health from Capella University and her B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Dominican University.
