PacificSource Speaker Series: How to Develop Leaders and Why It Matters

Think about what leadership looks like at your organization. Do you take steps to actively develop leaders within your team? What opportunities do your employees have to learn successful leadership skills?

More importantly, do you really know why a strong leadership model is critical for your organization?

Join us and featured speaker Scott Rueck, Oregon State’s women’s basketball coach, as he shares his five traits of leadership. He’ll demonstrate how these traits helped him reshape OSU’s women’s basketball program and lift it to championship heights.

In a medical emergency, members can call Assist America toll-free, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. These services complement rather than replace PacificSource coverage.
