Beginning August 3, 2020, some exciting updates to the InTouch for Agents (ITA) web portal will make managing your small group proposals and quotes easier. Once the enhancements launch, you will be able to:
- Generate a proposal with age-banded and tiered rates. When generating a new proposal for a client, you can now generate a proposal with age-banded and tiered rates at once. (This feature is available where both age-banded and tiered rates are options.)
- Add notes on your proposals. A new note feature allows you to add a comment, which will give you the ability to make a distinction between the proposals you are generating for the client
- Copy, edit, or delete clients. Delete proposals you no longer need. Copy or edit the census for quick changes when trying to create multiple quotes. You can keep a census, quickly change a census, or delete the entire client proposal.
