2019 CAHPS Survey Timing and Details

The surveys are on their way: As a requirement of the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA), the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) survey series is a standardized tool that measures patient perceptions of their care. Commission Payment Error 

We want to let you know that the March Medicare and Commercial commission payments generated incorrectly due to a technical issue on our end. This issue caused a partial commission payment to be made to some agents and no commission payment to others.

We have identified and corrected the issue.

We expect direct deposits to be in accounts no later than Tuesday, March 12. And we expect checks to mail early next week.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you have any questions, please contact us.

ACA Reporting for 2018: Deadlines and Details
