  • Call (541) 225-1963 (Eugene area) or toll-free (800) 624-6052, ext. 1963 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (PT) to reach the next available Agent Coordinator.

Performance Fliers Highlight Our Commitment to Service

We’ve recently updated our performance sales fliers with data through the first quarter of 2011. Along with our other fliers about PacificSource, these can help inform your prospective clients about our financial stability and commitment to service.

Operational Performance (Idaho, Oregon): To maintain service levels and customer satisfaction ratings that are consistently among the best in our industry, we continually poll our customers and measure our performance on more than 50 operational processes. The flier data represents reporting period averages for a few of those measures.

Financial Performance (Idaho, Oregon): Through the years, our dedicated staff, innovative plans, sound business practices, and vision for the future have all contributed to our record of success. The flier data represents our performance for the past five years.

Individual Application Process Q&A

Question: If my client wants to add health history or change their effective date, should I submit a revised application?

Answer: No. Please submit an Idaho Individual Application Update Form if your client needs to update their medical history or wishes to change their effective date.

Please note: if the initial application has a signature date more than 62 days old, we require a new Idaho Universal Application.

Question: My client has signed the acceptance letter, but changed the effective date. Can I go ahead and fax it to you along with a copy of the premium check?

Answer: No. An Idaho Individual Application Update Form is necessary to change the effective date listed on the acceptance letter. We require this form to be signed and returned before changing the effective date. Upon receipt of the completed form, we will issue a new offer letter for signature, which will need to be submitted with the first month’s premium.

Note: There’s no need to fax or e-mail copies of the check with an acceptance offer. We will use the postmark as the date received. However, the acceptance letter is not considered received until your client’s payment arrives with the signed offer.

We’re always happy to answer your questions. Please contact our Idaho Individual Sales Department staff in our Boise office at (208) 333-1559, toll-free (855) 333-1559, or by email at You are also welcome to contact Individual Sales Representative Angie Jackson directly in our Boise office at (208) 908-5800, toll-free (888) 492-2875 ext. 5800, or by email at
