Xenium: PacificSource Health Plans
Page under construction

Xenium_logo_webWelcome to the Xenium plan information page. The summaries below provide an overview of your PacificSource coverage options through Xenium. In order to be eligible to enroll your group, you will need to have at least two employees that work a minimum of 17.5 hours per week. In addition, a minimum of two employees will need to enroll to be eligible for this plan. If your company has only two employees and they are related, each would need to enroll separately, instead of as an employee with a dependent.

  • Online Account Access through InTouch for Members. After your coverage begins, members can set up access to your PacificSource plan information through our secure website, InTouch for Members. Once they complete the short online registration, members can log in to see their PacificSource account information and access online tools such as CafeWell. And they can sign up to receive Explanation of Benefits statements by email, instead of mail. InTouch registration is required for the myPacificSource mobile app. Learn more about InTouch >
