Employee Learning and Development

Our employees drive our business, which is why we invest so much in developing them during their careers at PacificSource. We offer a robust employee orientation and on-boarding program to ensure that our most recent hires successfully transition into their roles here.

Employees participate in ongoing training on subjects related to healthcare and the insurance industry as well as learning skills to enhance their performance. Even more, we encourage our employees to strive for certification in their fields and to attain university degrees.

Employees meet with their supervisors to discuss career and educational goals and make development plans. Depending upon those plans and company and department needs, the employee may participate in short training programs, day-long seminars, online learning opportunities, and in-house training events. PacificSource also offers tuition reimbursement for employees who would like to finish their university degrees.
