Email Us Securely

Our PacificSource secure email system provides you with a convenient and secure option for sending us information or documents. Registration is simple:

  1. To get started, you will need to receive a secure message from someone at PacificSource. You can wait until you receive one, or if you need to use the system before then, simply contact any PacificSource representative or email
  2. When you receive the secure email, click the View Message button in the body of the message. You will be directed to our secure mail portal where you can follow the on-screen instructions to complete your account registration.

That’s it!

Once you’re registered, you can log into to compose messages, attach files, and check your inbox as you would with any email software. (Please note that our secure mail portal can only be used to send secure messages to PacificSource and our subsidiaries, not to other companies.)

Secure Email Change on August 25, 2012

On August 25, 2012, we upgraded our system. The site has a new URL ( and new look, but everything else remained the same. However, the first time you receive a secure message from us after August 25, you will need to register for a new account before retrieving the message.
