Who to Contact

Client Service Representatives work with existing PacificSource employer clients. They're available to help benefits administrators and agents with the day-to-day administration of PacificSource products. Client Service Representatives are available for on-site employee benefit meetings and one-on-one support for our group insurance administrators.

Group Sales Representatives work with agents and employers interested in employee benefit solutions through PacificSource or PacificSource Administrators. They are the primary contact for quotes on group insurance and other related products, as well as renewals of existing coverage.

Individual Sales and Service Representatives work with people looking for individual and family coverage, including our Elect, BrightIdea, and SmartHealth products. They also work with independent insurance agents who sell PacificSource individual plans.
