How to Search for a Provider

The PacificSource participating provider network includes more than 34,000 participating practitioners and facilities in the Pacific Northwest. Your PacificSource coverage also includes access to participating providers nationwide through the First Health Network.

Find a Medical Provider

In Idaho:

• If you have a BrightIdea plan using the BrightPath Network, find a provider using our PacificSource Provider Directory. Click on the type of provider you want, then choose your BrightIdea plan in the Select Your Insurance Plan drop-down field.
• If you are covered by any other group or individual plan , find a provider in the Idaho Physicians Network (IPN) Directory.

In Montana:

• InUnison Montana Employees: Use the InterWest Health network.
• All other members in Montana: Find a provider using our First Health Provider Directory.

In Oregon:

• Find a provider using our PacificSource Provider Directory. Click on the type of provider you want, then choose your plan in the Select Your Insurance Plan drop-down field.
• Members traveling to Oregon should choose “No preference” in the insurance plan drop-down field.

In Washington:

• In Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Pacific, Skamania, and Wahkiakum counties, find a provider using our PacificSource Provider Directory. Click on the type of provider you want, then choose your plan in the Select Your Insurance Plan drop-down field.
• Members traveling to those Washington counties should choose “No preference” in the insurance plan drop-down field.
• In all other Washington counties, find a provider using our First Health Provider Directory.

In all other states:

• Find a provider using our First Health Provider Directory.
• Learn more about using the First Health Network.
