Participating Providers

Oregon, Southwest Washington, and Western Idaho

The PacificSource provider network includes approximately 9,000 participating providers throughout Oregon and parts of southern Washington and western Idaho. The PacificSource network covers the following geographic areas:

• All of Oregon

• Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Pacific, Skamania, and Wahkiakum Counties in Washington

• Gem, Payette, and Washington Counties in Idaho

Outside the PacificSource Network Service Area

If you live or travel outside the PacificSource network's service area, you have access to our contracted nationwide provider network, The First Health Network. You can access First Health's online provider directory from our Provider Directory page; select the second option on that page to jump to First Health's directory. The following informational materials will help you take advantage of this cost-saving service.
