For specific information about your own coverage, you'll want to log into InTouch, our secure Web portal for members, or contact PacificSource Customer Service. The information in this section is of a general nature.

• Participating providers. You can maximize your PacificSource health plan coverage by using participating providers. This information will help you find participating providers at home, while you're traveling, and even outside the U.S.

• Preauthorization. Learn about services that require preauthorization for coverage.

• Prescription drugs. This section is for members with prescription drug benefits through PacificSource. You'll find information on our participating pharmacy network, mail order service, prescription discount program, preferred drug list, value drug list, drug preauthorization, claims filing, and other related topics.

• Prescription discount program. If your PacificSource plan doesn't include coverage for prescription drugs, you can still take advantage of our prescription discount program.
