Health Manager

As a PacificSource member, you have access to a wealth of free online resources to help you make smart choices about your health. Health Manager, powered by WebMD®, is an easy-to-use online health and wellness center chock-full of helpful information and interactive tools.

Getting Started

Start by taking the HealthQuotient® health risk assessment, which will help you uncover potential health risks and suggest positive steps to control them.

To begin, log in or register for InTouch, our secure Web portal for members. Then click on Health Manager. HealthQuotient is located in the Living Healthy section, where you'll also be able to:

  • Learn more about health topics such as nutrition, cholesterol, and blood pressure.
  • Use tools to set up a health record, calendar, and more.
  • Take action and start a Lifestyle Improvement Program (LIP).

Lifestyle Improvement Programs

Lifestyle Improvement Programs, located in the Living Healthy section of Health Manager, can help you begin and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Choose from Exercise, Nutrition, Smoking Cessation, Stress Management, and Weight Management. The programs include customized planners, trackers, and information to help you reach your goals. You'll need to take the HealthQuotient health risk assessment first so the site can recommend programs that are best for you.
