PacificSource Health Plans Names New Medford Regional Manager

Eugene, Ore. – Jeff Kapple has joined PacificSource Health Plans as its regional manager in Medford, Oregon. In his new position, Kapple is responsible for sales of small and large group insurance products and oversight of sales and client services functions in southern Oregon.

Kapple has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and joins PacificSource from Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, where he served as senior sales executive in Medford. Prior to that Kapple operated his own independent insurance agency in Bend, Oregon and worked as an agent for a variety of local and national insurance agencies. Kapple holds a bachelor of science degree in criminology from Florida State University.
