Elect Plus: Comprehensive Coverage Our Elect Plus policy is our most popular and most comprehensive individual health plan. All the Elect plans cover treatment for illness and injury, maternity care, and prescription drugs. All plans have a lifetime maximum benefit of $2 million per person and are not HMO plans, so members don't need to choose a primary care physician or seek referrals for specialist care. Keri Koke may be relatively new to the Individual Department, but she knows the ropes when it comes to PacificSource and its subsidiaries, Manley Services and SBA. In fact, over the last ten years, Keri has worked in the Claims and Customer Service Departments for all three companies. Keri laughs, “I've done a lot here!” |

And she continues to do a lot in her newest position as an Individual Service Representative. During a typical day, Keri ensures that pending applications are processed in a timely manner, activates and issues approved policies, and processes change requests. She also fields questions from agents, members, and prospects—where she puts her customer service background to good use. “My favorite part of my job is I can share some information or go out of my way to really help someone else out. It makes my day,” says Keri. “I want my customers to feel good about their experience with me. I want to stick out in their minds as the best!” How does she get it all done? “I'm seriously addicted to coffee. It's not really a hobby, but it is a huge part of my life!” jokes Keri. And as if coffee wasn't a big enough adrenaline rush, Keri pit crewed for a drag racer a few years back. “We went to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for a race once, and I got to take a ride in a full-size Cup car. I was going 180 MPH inches away from the wall. Man, that was fun!” In her more serene moments, Keri knits. “My mom taught me a few years ago. And I'm pretty darn good at it, too!” She also enjoys spoiling her Yorkie, Elliot, and watching Oregon Ducks football. During softball season, Keri plays on the PacificSource team, Left Field. “Just don't ask about our record. We're awful!” she says. Recently, Keri also became a licensed health insurance producer. She feels that this just adds to the level of service she can provide. “If you ask me to do something, I will get it done. And if I can't do it, I'll find someone who can,” Keri explains. “That's just me being service-oriented.
