Introducing our e-newsletter for individual policy producers

Welcome to the first issue of ElectNews, our e-newsletter for individual policy producers. In each issue, we'll bring you information you need to be our business partner – whether that's timely news about our Elect individual policies, legislative news, or industry updates. We'll keep you up to date on our Individual Sales Department staff, and Kathy DeAngelis will offer sales and marketing tips to help you represent our Elect products to your clients. From time to time, we'll also ask you to weigh in on issues that affect your sales effort through e-surveys.

It's faster than relying on mail, and that translates into faster turnaround time on our underwriting process.
Simply fax your clients' applications to (541) 684-5401, and we'll take it from there. We'll enter the application data right away and contact you immediately if we need further information. As soon as the application has been underwritten, we'll contact you electronically with notification of the status.

Elect marketing materials available for the asking

We publish two Elect brochures and are happy to provide them to you at no cost.

Our Elect product brochure is an 8-page publication that details our Elect Plus, Value, and FlexPerks plans in a side-by-side comparison. It includes information on value-added services, policy exclusions and limitations, and answers to frequently asked questions.

Our Elect tri-fold brochure is a single-sheet pamphlet designed to create awareness of PacificSource individual policies. We can also provide a brochure holder for these if you'd like to make them available in your office.

To order copies of these publications or our Elect policy application packets, just e-mail Jackie Coburn and she'll ship them out right away.

Call Jackie!

While Kathy DeAngelis spends her time on outside sales of our Elect products, Jackie Coburn tackles individual policy sales here in our Springfield headquarters. As an Individual Sales Representative, she typically fields anywhere form 60 to 115 phone calls a day from people interested in our Elect policies. Jackie also meets with our walk-in customers and works closely with about a dozen individual policy producers.

Jackie's claim to fame (other than her exceptionally personable approach to selling health insurance)…she was the first girl in our local area to ever play Little League baseball!
