Update on August commission payment for SEHI and individual business

While HIPAA and large group commissions for August were issued last Friday, September 7, we’re sorry to report a delay in our SEHI and individual commissions.

On Friday evening we discovered an error that prevented our SEHI and individual commissions from being issued as planned. Our employees worked through the weekend and are still working diligently to resolve the issue; until then, we are unable to issue SEHI and individual commissions for August.

We should have a solution very soon, at which time we will expedite printing and delivery of the commissions and let you know when you can expect your payment. Our check printing vendor is standing by, ready to process our job as soon as it is available. Once printed, the checks and statements will be shipped to you via FedEx overnight delivery.
