Eugene Office Welcomes Solangé Vannett

PacificSource welcomes Client Service Representative Solangé Vannett to our Eugene office. Solangé (pronounced so-lawnj) will work with all sizes of groups in Lane, Linn, and Benton counties. She will meet with group administrators, bringing them employee benefit books, their contracts, updated materials, and information about new PacificSource programs. “I am excited to work for a carrier that provides incredible service to providers, agents, groups, and members,” she says. “At PacificSource, there’s always a live, local person ready to help.”

Solange Vannett Solange Vannett, Client Service Representative
Like all our Client Service Representatives, Solangé is available for employee benefit meetings at the employer’s location. As a meeting resource for agents, administrators, and employees alike, she can answer questions to help employees understand their benefits and learn about our value-added programs.

Solangé has experience working with agents, too. Prior to joining PacificSource, she provided agency support while with Boone Insurance Associates (one of our appointed agencies) in Eugene, Oregon.

Although Solangé spends most of her time in Lane, Linn, and Benton counties, she likes to travel south to Lake Shasta for a vacation every summer. “I grew up along the McKenzie River, so I love the water,” she says. “I waterski, wakeboard, tube, knee board—everything.”

We think Solangé will make a big splash with groups, too. She finds keeping groups informed and answering questions to be very rewarding. “Group administrators are fun to work with,” she remarks. “They radiate concern and compassion for their employees. It’s nice working with genuinely caring people.”
