InTouch for Agents Revamped

Great news! Beginning this weekend, you can access an upgraded version of InTouch, the secure, agents-only area of our Web site. We listened to your feedback and made changes that make the site more intuitive and user-friendly. If you’ve used InTouch in the past, we think you'll find the revamped site easier to navigate, helping you find the information you need more quickly and easily. This convenient online tool allows you to:

• Generate online quotes for Oregon SEHI groups.
• Access information specific to your PacificSource group clients.
• View and download enrollment and census information and plan materials.
• View and download experience reports for groups with more than 100 subscribers.
• Access your recent PacificSource small group proposals.
• Use an existing proposal to create a customized quote for your client.
• Request sales and administration materials to be sent by mail.

Archive Existing Proposals by November 10

Proposals that PacificSource issues will be available via InTouch after the upgrade, and of course you’ll also be able to generate new proposals online. However, if you wish to retain any of your existing proposals, please download or print the Full Quote PDFs for your records before Saturday, November 10. After that date, any existing proposals will only be available through your PacificSource Marketing Representative.

You can access InTouch from the For Agents area of our Web site, www.pacificsource.com.

Just click on the InTouch for Agents link at the top of the page and follow the instructions to log in or register. If you need help, you’re welcome to contact your regional marketing office.

January SEHI Renewals Update

As some of you may already know, our January SEHI renewals have been delayed. We're pleased to report that we received the Oregon Insurance Division’s approval for our rate filing yesterday and have begun processing renewals. However, because of the volume of January renewals, we anticipate the processing will also take a little longer than usual. You and your clients can expect to receive renewal notifications before the end of the month.
