InTouch Offers Online Quoting
for Oregon Groups of 2 to 25

We are pleased to report that you can now access online quoting for small groups with 2-25 eligible employees. Log in to the InTouch for Agents section our Web site, and then click the My Proposals link to access this feature.

Our online InTouch tutorial walks you through the new InTouch, page by page, and shows you online tools to manage your PacificSource groups and proposals.

Groups of 2 or 3 eligible employees are included in online quoting. For this size group, however, we now need to receive new group materials by the 20th of the month prior to their effective date to allow time to confirm their group eligibility. If a group has an effective date on the 15th of the month, we need to receive materials by the 5th. These materials need to include one of the following:

• The most recent Oregon Quarterly Tax Report filing (form OQ) and the Unemployment Insurance Employee Detail Report (Form 132)
   
• If the group is a sole proprietorship, the most recent 1040 Schedule C in addition to forms OQ and 132.
   
• If the group is a business partnership, a copy of either the most recent Federal Form 1065 or a copy of the partnership agreement.

Online quoting for groups of 26-50 eligible employees is coming to InTouch soon. We are currently working to add quoting for these groups to InTouch. When it is available, we will notify you through the Agent Bulletin. Thank you for your continued patience.

Renewals for Oregon Groups

For Oregon small groups and any large groups with 50 or fewer enrolled employees, please note that we need to receive a signed Group Profile Form before we can issue a policy or release renewals. While we will start sending May renewals to agents and groups next week, we are required to hold any that are missing this form. If we do not receive the form by their renewal date, we will be required to term the group due to noncompliance.

Please follow up with your May and June renewals right away. We sent forms to these groups last week. From this point forward, these forms are scheduled to be sent to groups 90 to 120 days in advance of their renewal. In accordance with this new timeline, groups profile forms have already been sent to your July and August renewals.

Large Group Documents in InTouch

Although materials are now available through InTouch, some large group (51+ eligible employees) documents are still incomplete. We are working on these documents and hope to have them completed soon. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us if you have questions or need assistance with materials.
