InTouch for Agents: Progress, not Perfection

We are pleased to announce that a new version of InTouch for Agents—the secure, agents-only area of our Web site—is now available. If you’ve used InTouch in the past, we think you’ll find the new interface easier to navigate, helping you find the information you need more quickly and easily.

While we had hoped that the site released this week would be fully functioning, a couple of issues remain unresolved (see below). We understand how important these functions are to your business, and we assure you we're working very hard to make them available as quickly as possible.

What you can currently do through InTouch:

• View and download census information for all your groups.
   
• View and download plan materials for your small groups (2-50 employees).
   
• View and download claims experience reports for your groups with more than 100 subscribers.
   
• View proposals produced in-house by PacificSource for groups with 2–25 employees. (Proposals created online with the previous InTouch quoting module are no longer available.)

Functionality coming soon:

We will let you know as soon as the following functions are available. In the meantime, feel free to contact your Marketing Sales Representative for any information you need.

• Online quoting for Oregon groups with 2 to 25 employees: We are in the process of updating the program to reflect changes in the small group rating regulations, which are effective for groups with April 1 and later effective dates.
   
• Plan materials for large groups: While these materials are now available through InTouch, some large group documents are missing sections of text.

Log in and update your bookmarks

You can access InTouch from the For Agents area of our Web site, www.pacificsource.com. Just click on the InTouch for Agents link at the top of the page and follow the instructions to log in or register. We’ve recently learned that some agents have had trouble logging in, and we’re researching that issue now. If you have this problem, please contact us.

To help you become familiar with the site’s new interface, we’ve created an easy-to-use online tutorial. If you need help, you’re welcome to contact your regional marketing office.

Please note that the URL for the InTouch for Agents login page has changed. If you have bookmarked this page, you will need to update the bookmark.
