Quote Service Option Coming to InTouch for Agents
If you have logged in to InTouch for Agents recently, you may have noticed we added “Quote Service Option” to the main page. March 26, we will activate a new feature in InTouch to support other quote services in generating quotes more quickly.
Once we activate the feature, when you log in to InTouch for Agents, you will be asked to select the quote service option you prefer:
- Allow other services, such as WiredQuote, in addition to PacificSource InTouch for Agents, to generate PacificSource quotes on your behalf. (Please visit the quoting service Web site, such as WiredQuote.com, for details.)
- Allow only PacificSource InTouch for Agents to generate PacificSource quotes on your behalf. This is the default option.
You may change the quote service setting at any time by clicking “Quote Service Option” on the main InTouch for Agents page.

PacificSource Honored on “100 Best” List
This month, the Portland Business Journal published their 100 Best Companies to Work For in Oregon list. We’re proud to announce that we made the list and ranked 24th in our category (large employers).
Nearly 14,000 employees from 263 Oregon employers participated in the voluntary survey that rated businesses in the following categories:
- Benefits and compensation (we placed third in this category)
- Work environment
- Decision-making and trust
- Performance management
- Career development and learning
Each company’s score was based on employee survey results for the five criteria above and a benefits report. Companies were grouped and ranked in three categories, based on number of Oregon employees: small (15-34 employees), medium (35-99 employees), and large (100 or more employees).

Individual Commission Check Update
By now, you should have received your commission check with the new Individual commission per-member-per-month amounts. If you met March production and retention levels of 50 or more members and were expecting an increase in this check, please be assured that it will be included in your April check.
Per-member-per-month increases will be calculated based on the prior month’s true member count. This ensures your payment won’t be affected by any delays that may occur in application processing or late premium payments.
We apologize for the confusion we may have caused by not pointing this out in earlier communications. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us at idahoindividual@pacificsource.com.
