About InTouch for Providers
InTouch for Providers is our secure Web site for providers. Through this site, you can access claims, request and check the status of preauthorization, and view member benefit information 24/7. The site is available through OneHealthPort Oregon, a Web portal that provides access to local secure health plan Web sites and other provider services with a single user ID and password.

What is OneHealthPort Oregon?
OneHealthPort is a secure portal that opens the door to valuable business and clinical solutions with a single way to log in to local healthcare sites and online services for healthcare professionals. Are other health plans participating with OneHealthPort Oregon?
Yes. Many other health plans are already participating, and others will join in 2011. OneHealthPort Oregon represents a cooperative effort between health plans throughout Oregon to present solutions for making it easier to do business with us, as well as other plans. How do I register?
OneHealthPort’s registration process has several steps and can take three to seven working days. You will be asked to:
- Select an administrative user,
- Identify your provider organization,
- Add the Tax IDs affiliated with your organization, and
- Nominate any additional subscriber users and specify the Tax IDs they are authorized to access.
Once the administrative user’s identity and the provider organization have been verified, the new administrative user’s account can be activated.
Any additional nominated subscriber users are then contracted by e-mail so they can complete the activation of their own new OneHealthPort user accounts.
PacificSource does not require any additional steps to complete the registration for InTouch for Providers. Once your user account is activated, you may log in and access the provider records you are authorized to manage through the InTouch for Providers Web site.

OneHealthPort User Account/Provider Organization Help
How do I maintain my OneHealthPort user account?
Once registration is complete and any user accounts have been activated, any user may log into the OneHealthPort Adminstration Web site for access to user account management. Subscriber users may reset a forgotten password, update their personal information, change their password, or change their e-mail address. Administrator users may reset a subscriber user’s password, modify subscriber Tax ID affiliations, or change a subscriber’s e-mail address. I need to add a provider or Tax ID. How do I manage my provider organization setup?
Adminstrator users may log in to the OneHealthPort Administration Web site for access to your provider organization’s setup. Administrators may edit their organization’s profile information, add a Tax ID for an organization or sub-organization, add an administrator user, or create additional sub-organizations. If you need assistance with provider organization setup, call OneHealthPort’s Help Desk at (800) 973-4797.
You can access InTouch for Providers from PacificSource.com by selecting the Providers Login button located on the right side of any PacificSource.com web page, or, from OneHealthPort.com by selecting "PacificSource Health Plans" from the OneHealthPort Access Services page.
If you have not yet logged in, your browser will first direct you to the OneHealthPort/PacificSource Login page. Once you have logged in, you will then be redirected to InTouch for Providers.
If you are already logged in, your browser will take you directly to InTouch for Providers.
Instructions for Using InTouch
For instructions on using InTouch for Providers, plus answers to frequently asked questions, please log into InTouch for Providers and select one of the workflows from the menu. Some InTouch workflows offer a Tip Center Panel on the right side with help options. I tried to log in to InTouch, but was informed that my user account is not authorized to access InTouch. Why is this happening?
If you were informed that you are not currently authorized to access InTouch this means that InTouch was not able to locate any provider records in our system that match up with any of the Tax IDs we received with your OneHealthPort user account information during login.
Your OneHealthPort Administrator set up your user account with one or more Tax IDs, but to date, we have not created any provider records in our system that use these Tax IDs or received claims billed to these Tax IDs. As part of securing InTouch provider and member data for all provider users our security policy requires at least one matching provider record, otherwise access to InTouch cannot be granted.
Please coordinate with your OneHealthPort Administrator to verify the list of Tax IDs your user account can access. If your Administrator has questions regarding provider records in our system please ask them to contact our Provider Network department.
