About Our Provider Networks

The PacificSource participating provider network includes more than 46,300 participating practitioners and facilities in the Northwest. Your PacificSource coverage also includes access to participating providers outside of our service areas through the First Health Network.

Our Provider Directory format was recently updated to make finding a provider a little easier.

Here are a few search tips:

Narrow Your Search

1. Enter the city and state or zip code you would like to search.
2. Narrow your search using the optional criteria, such as doctor name, specialty, and your PacificSource plan.

Check for Your Plan

Make sure the provider you select accepts your specific PacificSource plan. Your plan name is printed on your ID card (see example). You can narrow your search to only providers who accept your plan by selecting this option in the “narrow your search” field.

Outside Our Service Areas?

If you are traveling or live outside of Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and our Washington* service areas, use the First Health Directory.
