Diagnostic Imaging Program Expanding into Montana

At PacificSource, we do all we can to promote quality healthcare and patient safety. One way we do that is through clinical review of advanced diagnostic imaging, such as CT or PET scans and MRIs.

We have offered this program to members in Oregon, Idaho, and Washington since 2010 and to Medicare members since January 2013. Starting July 1, 2013, we are expanding the program to include Montana members. This change should be seamless for you as a member. To learn more, please read our FAQ, or call our Customer Service team.

We’re Not In It for Trophies, But this One Sure Is Nice!

You can imagine our delight when we learned that we ranked “Highest in Member Satisfaction among Commercial Health Plans in the Northwest Region” (OR, ID, WA) in J.D. Power and Associates’ 2013 study.* We’ve never been in this business for the trophies, but as a health insurance company that prides itself on putting customers first, we couldn’t be more excited about the news.

We value your business and thank you for entrusting us with your health insurance needs.

*PacificSource Health Plans received the highest numerical score among commercial health plans in the Northwest region (ID, OR, WA) in the proprietary J.D. Power and Associates 2013 U.S. Member Health Plan Study℠. Study based on 33,533 total member responses, measuring 12 plans in the Northwest region (excludes Medicare and Medicaid). Proprietary study results are based on experiences and perceptions of members surveyed December 2012 – January 2013. Your experiences may vary. Visit jdpower.com.

Ask Your Doctor About Preauthorization

If you have a medical or dental procedure coming up, such as a surgery, be sure to double check that your healthcare provider has requested preauthorization. Without this step, some services may not be covered. Getting preauthorization will help ensure you will have the lowest possible out-of-pocket cost.
