Manley Services Names New Portland Sales Manager
Springfield, Ore. – Dave Ritchie has been named Portland sales manager for Manley Services, a third-party benefits administrator and subsidiary of PacificSource Health Plans. Ritchie joined Manley Services as a sales representative in the Portland area in 2003. In his new position, Ritchie will work with brokers to sell consumer-driven products in the Portland and Boise areas.
Manley Services, a PacificSource-owned company, is headquartered in Eugene and has sales offices in Boise, Portland and Seattle. Founded in April 1987, the company became part of the PacificSource group of companies in March 2003. Manley Services works with insurers, employers and associations to provide consultation in the design, implementation and administration of health benefit plans. Manley Services specializes in flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement arrangements and COBRA administration.
"I’m working to increase Manley’s presence and develop broker relationships in the Boise area and to increase overall growth in current business," Ritchie said. "My goal is to maintain superior customer service and make sure customers are finding value in and getting maximum benefit from our consumer-driven products."
Ritchie previously worked for Kaiser Permanente Health Plans in large group commercial sales. He is pursuing a degree in international business at Portland State University.
